Randy and Penny have been in the pest control & exterminating business since 1986. They started their first pest control & exterminating company in 1986 called Bug Blasters Pest Control which they built up and sold to Orkin Pest Control in 1994. For the next 5 years Randy managed the branch for Orkin under a management agreement. The experience he received propelled him back into opening his own company in 1999 called RP Lee Consulting. Under RP Lee Consulting Randy consulted in the inspection and treatment of Wood Destroying Insects. In 2004 our son, Dusty, graduated from college. With Dusty’s help we got back into the pest control & exterminating and changed our name to RP Lee Termite & Pest Control.

All of the Exterminators at RP Lee Termite & Pest Control have gone through a thorough back ground check. Our exterminators not only are trained within our organization but also attend continuing education classes outside our organization. This brings in new ideas and allows us to bring you the customer the newest and latest innovations in the pest control & exterminating industry.

My wife, son, and I have been very involved in the Bryan/College Station area. We Attend Christ United Methodist Church, and are very involved in baseball, softball, and bowling.
