The Brazos Valley is one of the most heavily infested areas for Subterranean Termites and Carpenter ants. Whether it is required by the mortgage company or not I strongly recommend it, not only do you find out if the home is infested with Wood Destroying Insects you find out the condusive conditions of the home that can increase the chance of Wood Destroying Insects in the future.

RP Lee Termite & Pest Control has had a program developed just for doing our Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI) / Termite Inspections. This report covers more information than the regular hand written State forms. Our Reports are performed on a lap top computer at the time of the inspection. The report is e-mailed to the buyer, realtor, title company, and anyone else that needs the report from the inspected home. The reports are typed (so they are easily read), and have pictures to show the areas of infestation and condusive conditions of the home.
