The Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI) / Termite Inspections is a visual inspection. There is no guaranty that Wood Destroying Insects are not in the structure/home. Wood Destroying Insects may be within walls, under insulation, between slabs, hidden by floor coverings, furniture, fixtures, or any other area that may not be visible at the time during the inspection.

Wood Destroying Insects can enter a home within days or become visible within days of the inspection. This warranty offer is to treat any infestation of Wood Destroying Insects if they infest or become visible over the next 12 months in the home/structure inspected.

The Cost of the warrantee varies from home to home depending upon the condusive conditions, obstructed areas, size of the home, and wheather the home is on a slab, crawl, pier & beam or a combination of slabs, crawls and piers. The cost can vary from $80 to $150.
